A OBMG (Oak Bay Marine group) rental boat was found fishing in the main current channel. The Eco-Guardians were able to communicate the RCA rules and the vessel departed.

Northern Sea Lion: 10
A number of northern sea lions and a few Californians are hauled out on Middle Rocks beneath the elephant seals.
Elephant Seal: 5
Five or so female elephant seals are hauled out at the top of Middle Rock. They are staying well apart from the sea lions below.
