a few ecotours went by today but not many, due to the wind and fog

a dozen elephant seals around today, not a lot of sea lions
I think all the goose eggs have been successfully addled, I have not seen any goslings around
And no seagulls eggs yet but the nests are pretty clear and they will probably start laying eggs soon

Lauras marine science class had their final exam here today which was about 45 students so that was fun

I am so sure I got the final goose nest today and am hopefully done addling

Guy and Clarence came by for a fuel delivery, I needed to top up my big tank

about 11 elephant seals today, 10 female, one young male
the elephants are blocking a goose off from its nest again, they seem to like the spot

a couple of the female elephants were blocking off a goose from her nest and the goose was pretty upset but the elephant seals could not be bothered and stayed napping there for a while

about 10 elephants all together, most female, one is a young male that is sticking around
I think the geese are done nesting now, I hope they are
The gulls are starting to build their nests but I don’t expect them to really start nesting for another few weeks

Guy, went by with a group from the college but it was too rough for them to tie up to the jetty

8 adult female elephant seals all together, 1 pup and the other pup still hasnt shown up
not much else going on, need to check the goose nests again soon, it looks like there is either more of them or the geese haved moved their nest

6 female elephant seals all together, the pups are by the lighthouse the other 4 are the flag pole
saw a Black bellied plover today and got a few photos of it
the geeses are now laying eggs, saw 3 nests today
