Fixed the fence, ran the desalinator and generator for awhile today, haven’t had much sun for the solar panels lately

No elephant seals at the moment but there are plenty of sea lions around and a couple pups
There have been plenty of humpback whale sightings over the past week each morning and each night I would see a few go by just west of the island

Guy, went by with a group from the college but it was too rough for them to tie up to the jetty

8 adult female elephant seals all together, 1 pup and the other pup still hasnt shown up
not much else going on, need to check the goose nests again soon, it looks like there is either more of them or the geese haved moved their nest

the pups were playing together in the water this morning then came up to the front yard for awhile then all 5 female elephant seals went down to the water and they are there now

All 5 female elephant seals are still doing good
there were plenty of harbour seals around
the geese will probably start nesting soon but I haven’t seen any clear nests yet
and saw a common merganser by the harlequinn ducks
