The Race Rocks Project at Pearson College UWC would not have been possible without the generous support through the years since 1999  of a number of Individuals, foundations and corporations.  This page provides a link to current and past supporters who have assisted with the project and provides this link for you to contribute through Lester Pearson College UWC to the Race Rocks Project.

pearsonlogo2_f2Pearson College UWC has since 1978, been involved in the Stewardship of the Race Rocks Ecological Reserve. In 1997 it took over the administration of the main island of Great Race Rocks now operates the former Race Rocks light station facilities as an education centre under an agreement with BC Parks. Faculty staff and volunteers of the college have raised the funds to keep a guardian on the island and to provide the educational resources and the technological base for Race Rocks Live on the internet.

Donor: Dr. Anita Brinkmann-Voss has made generous annual donations to the Race Rocks Program. Anita passed away in December of 2017
Donor: The Hesse Family: Mr. and Mrs. Hesse of Metchosin have been long-term enthusiasts for ornithology. They decided to help us with our Race Rocks Program in 2003 and 2005 with a generous donation to the program. They have both passed away now but have left a generous legacy to the College Race Rocks Program.
