  • Guy, went by with a group from the college but it was too rough for them to tie up to the jetty

Ecological

  • 8 adult female elephant seals all together, 1 pup and the other pup still hasnt shown up
  • not much else going on, need to check the goose nests again soon, it looks like there is either more of them or the geese haved moved their nest

  • An adult female elephant seal showed up today and the oldest pup was relaxing on the jetty with the sea lions
  • also the juvenile male had blood on him, there may have been a couple small puncture wounds but nothing serious
  • it was a beautiful afternoon, a bit difficult counting with all the movement
